Show warnings at the finest resolution the data supports.

  • Bucket owns its account → precise, warning on the bucket.
  • Buckets share an account → per-bucket signal unknowable → warning degrades to the account level ("can't tell which bucket").
  • Never claim precision the data doesn't have.
