Let a user upgrade a shared account's fidelity without opening a new bank account.

For shared accounts, offer an optional payday-time input to split the account's drop across its buckets by hand.
Converts that account from estimated to precise for that period. Opt-in, not required (baseline stays option-1 honesty).
