Catch-all for other improvements, using ffr as the reference. Candidates:

  • CI container image build workflow (ffr has .forgejo/workflows/build.yml and images.yml)
  • .env.testing for CI
  • .dockerignore / .gitattributes review
  • anything else spotted while porting ffr's setup.
