Add CONTRIBUTING.md (reporting issues, development setup, PR flow)
Polish README.md (badges, clearer sections if useful)
License: AGPL-3.0 is already in place (#41) — confirm SPDX AGPL-3.0-only in composer.json and the LICENSE.md text
Optionally add docs/screenshots/.
