Summary

Notify the user when an article fails to publish.

Context

Split from #82. Depends on #92 (notification infrastructure). Currently articles stuck in 'error' state are invisible unless you check the articles list manually.

Tasks

  • Hook into PublishApprovedArticleListener error handling to create notification
  • Include article title and error reason in notification
  • Link notification to the failed article
  • Tests
