Follow-up to #23. The flag, migration, conditional UI and onboarding checkbox are all implemented. This ticket covers verifying it works end-to-end once the onboarding fork (#37) is in place.

What to verify

Simple counter path: price tracking off by default, SWR columns hidden, UPDATE PRICE hidden
Asset path: price step shows with checkbox, submitting a price flips price_tracking_enabled = true
Dashboard reflects the flag correctly after onboarding completes

Depends on

#37 — onboarding fork (simple vs asset path)
#35 — settings toggle (enable/disable price tracking post-onboarding)
