Allow ratings to have multiple scored dimensions (e.g. food, service, atmosphere) rather than a single score. Requires deciding which criteria apply to which subject type, and supporting per-user criterion preferences (users can hide criteria they don't care about). This is a large, multi-part feature that significantly changes the rating data model.

Scope: Design the criteria schema, build the criteria-to-subject-type mapping, update the rating form to show/hide relevant criteria, update the visit log display to show per-criterion scores, and add per-user preference storage. Requires significant design work before implementation.
