Research and design the stream model for income/expense tracking.

Questions to resolve:

How should streams relate to buckets? (Single scenario per account per #22 — no cross-scenario concerns)
Frequency handling (weekly, monthly, etc.) — how to normalize for distribution calculations?
Should streams be tied to specific buckets or distributed via rules?
How does income input on the main page evolve once streams exist?

This is a design/research ticket — output should be a written proposal before implementation begins.
