Replace the bucket type select box (introduced in v0.2.0) with drag-n-drop between type columns (need, want, overflow).

Requirements:

Drag buckets between type groups to change type
Touch support
Keyboard accessible fallback
Keep select box as mobile/accessibility fallback

Depends on: v0.2.0 main page with select box for bucket type editing.
