For v0.2.0, scenarios are invisible to the user. Each user gets one scenario that reflects their current reality.

Requirements:

Auto-create a scenario when a user registers (observer or event listener)
Redirect authenticated users directly to their scenario's show page (skip scenario index)
Hide scenario CRUD UI: no create, edit, delete, or list pages accessible to users
The scenario show page becomes the app's home/dashboard page
Remove "back to scenarios" navigation links

This is a prerequisite for #13 and #12 — the single scenario page is the foundation for inline bucket editing and income distribution.
